These are actually a mix of Maui and Kauai. 

For Kauai, we stayed in the Princeville area, but we went a bunch of other places on the island. The south was the big/dry canyon. On the way back up on the East side is the rope swing.  The greener hiking is the Kalalau Trail, which is due West from princeville/hanalei bay and awesome.  If they go to Hanalei, they should hit up the Hanalei Doplhin for sushi (takeout is just as good and picture above). 

man, I want to go back so bad. very jealous. paradise on earth.
